COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MDS60A0220-503-4-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Miyachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the PCA6180E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDSBSPH260 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM336A0000 by Manufacturer Miyachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mtl-Measurement-Technology Brand MTL688 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foxboro such as P0917YZ equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NQ442L4C made by Square-D as well as the popular MKD112A058KP1BN original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPMZL5S112 by Windsor and P0917YZ spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P60B13150HCX2R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
